Abstract

Abstract. The study is highly relevant as it provides a theoretical interpretation of South Korean companies' economic activities in the Far Eastern Federal District. By providing a comprehensive analysis, this study will contribute to the development of effective strategies for South Korean businesses in the region. Insufficient knowledge of the organizational field of South Korean businesses in the Russian Far Eastern
market prevents the development of measures aimed at structuring it and increases the efficiency of South Korean entrepreneurship in the interests of the Far Eastern Russian economy. The study clarifies the main characteristics of the organizational field of South Korean businesses in the Russian Far Eastern market through empirical analysis within the framework of structural-interactionist concepts of field theory. The study results: 1) the factors for the formation and development of the organizational field of South Korean business in the Far East of Russia were established; 2) the main structural elements of the field were determined; 3) the degree of formation of the organization and the factors for further homogenization were clarified.
